Our clients are the source to our success if there is no clients there is no income.
☑️Tie in their position to revenue generation and productivity: Make sure you explain to your team member the out come their work has on the business. How is what they are doing helping the business bring money in. What you cant track ➝you cant measure➝ so you cant change it!
